TIC-MS, Inc. can come right to your facility and recondition your surface plates to bring them back into desirable grade specifications.

Calibration done with the Renishaw laser system with both short and long distance optics. Plates as small as 24 in x 24 in and up to 50 ft x 50 ft can have a laser calibration.

Laser flatness capability 10 millionths + laser beam 0.07 millionth diagonal squared

Repeatability from plot peak and valley 15 micro inch as well as repeatability plots from repeat-o-meters

All other plates under minimum size done in accordance with approved procedures for undersized plates

Work performed in accordance with applicable Federal specifications and / or mfg specifications.

All work NIST Traceable. TIC-MS, Inc. is an A2LA accredited Laboratory check our scope for uncertainties.
